SHIPPING
Wowplanes.com tries to ship your order on the same or next day we receive it from you. Some products are made to order and may take as long as two weeks to ship. Pre-orders may take longer.
We use the USPS Parcel Post service. If you need Next Day, or 2-day service please ask for it. These services may be
limited depending on your service area. The charges for these fast
shipping methods and international destinations will not be known until the package is ready to be shipped and
invoiced. Holidays and weekends will delay delivery. The shipping charge displayed at time of ordering is for Mainland USA Parcel Post via USPS. Faster service or International shipping charges are over and above that displayed. You will recieve a Paypal Money Request from us after the actual shipping charges are known requesting payment of the difference. You may decline the request and we will cancel your order without any charge. Your account will not be charged and the merchandise will not be shipped unless we have your positive response to the Paypal Money Request.

RETURNS
All of our products are designed and
produced to very high standards. If you have a problem, please call us for
assistance or possible replacement or refund. We want you to be completely
satisfied with your purchase; we also understand that
returns/replacements/refunds do happen. We stand by our products. We can not,
however, consider any product for return/replacement or refund unless you call
us, describe the problem and receive a return authorization. Returned items will
require a re-stocking fee of 20% of the purchase price. Opened packages may be
higher. No returns/refunds after 30 days.
WARRANTIES
If the item has a manufacturer's warranty within the USA please send it to

IF THE PACKAGE IS DAMAGED WHEN YOU RECEIVE
IT
If a package that has obviously been damaged during shipment is delivered to
your door, SIGN for it and note above your signature the word "damaged" (or
"open" if the box was broken open), and request that the delivering company make
an inspection. If the damage during shipment was concealed, please notify the
delivering carrier and call Wowplanes.com's claim department when you discover
the damage. You must keep the damaged carton until the shipment has been
inspected by the carrier. Do not return the merchandise yourself. Wowplanes.com
will process a claim and tell you exactly what to do next.
