Air Retracts Installation Manual

To mount the retract unit, cut pieces of 1/4" plywood, 3" x 3" with a 7/8" slot, 2 1/2" deep.
Mount gear to plywood with #4 x 3/8" sheet metal screws.
Allow 3/16" to 1/4" clearance between wheel well and tire.
Remove the struts from the gear for bending.
File a 1/32" deep by 1/8" wide flat spot where the set screw is located.
The landing gear is designed to operate without lubrication.
Recommended air pressure is approx 60-80 lbs.
